About Me

Welcome. I’m Rachelle, a counsellor providing warm, compassionate, and client-centred counselling support for children, adolescents, and adults.

I believe that every person has their own unique story, experiences, strengths, and challenges. My role is to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you feel heard, understood, and accepted.

Beginning counselling can feel like a big step. Many people seek support when they are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, experiencing difficult life changes, or wanting to understand themselves better. You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out.

Together, we can explore what is happening, identify what you need, and work towards meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you. My approach is client-centred, meaning our work is guided by your individual experiences, goals, and needs. I draw on evidence-based approaches and incorporate trauma-informed principles to ensure therapy is respectful, safe, and supportive.
